Rush, Rush, Rush

Well, I thought I'd have an hour or so to type up a nice entry explaining my long absence, but I have to leave yet again in a few moments. In short, I got the job at the hospital and quit PetSmart. I'm still working three mornings a week at McDonald's, but only during Christmas and Summer breaks from school until further notice. Ugh. Craziness. So today the hospital called me to come in an hour early for a meeting of some sort, so I have to be there at two instead of three. @_@;; I need a moment to breathe! Haha. Luckily that whole weekends off thing is going to start paying off in about two days. Oh yeah. Hopefully I can get back into a regular blogging routine once I get my life back on a schedule of some kind. Hopefully.

o(_ _)o zzzZZZ

So far no news from the hospital on the job. Still hoping at this point, though. I got a voicemail from Victoria Secret this evening hoping for an interview this weekend. But I applied as holiday help so if I don't get the hospital job I need to stick with PetSmart as a more permanent choice. If I do get the hospital job, I'll try to get the Victoria Secret job for the weekends until the holidays are over and go from there. So it all pretty much hinges on whether or not the hospital calls in the next couple of days.

I'm finally wearing my contacts again after months of my eyes burning at the mere thought of putting them in. Haha. I don't know what was going on before, but everything seems fine now. No irritation or excessive dryness. It's nice to be able to see all day long without having to bust out the glasses at school and work or to see which route a bus is taking. ^_^;; Yay for contacts!

Ryan and I bought an awesome Christmas tree and decorations for it last night. : D I'll try and get some pictures when it gets closer to Christmas, and we buy more decorations and stuffs for the rest of the apartment. We were so excited about the tree that it's already up and decorated, lights and all. Haha. We're such losers. But it's really pretty~ <3

crosses fingers

I just finished up my final interview for the data entry job at the hospital. Overall I think it went well so here's hoping they call me this week!

It's like 40-some-odd degrees outside right now. Cold does not even begin to describe it. Haha. We cranked up the heat in the apartment this afternoon. Nice and toasty and cozy. But I'm ready for winter. Ryan and I planning on going miniature Christmas tree shopping. : D I'm pretty excited about it.

Off to work on some more Astronomy homework.

All Work, No Play

So the hospital called me back about that data entry job. I have a follow up interview on Tuesday! : D Yayness! I really hope I get that. I'll probably just work at PetSmart on the weekends then. Though Ryan and my parents are suggesting that I quit and just concentrate on school with the data entry job on the side since Ryan makes enough to support us with that. But I haven't really decided yet.

Once I leave for work this afternoon my weekend will pretty much be filled with work. Bleh. Which sucks. I don't have another day off until Tuesday when I have my interview. And on Thursday I'm heading back to G-Vegas to go the dentist and all that good stuff. Even my days off are scheduled anymore.

I finished the Japanese TV drama I was watching already so now what little free time I have is boring. Haha. I'm so worthless without my Asian TV dramas. I swear they are my reason for living sometimes. When Ryan isn't home, of course. : P (I'm joking in case anyone wants to push that.) Anywho, I'm off for a snack before I have to catch the bus for work.
